After they murdered him, the Jews apparently trapped his soul in a magnetic cage and threatened him with damnation unless he surrendered the significant part of it to them, which he did though he changed his mind - or literally his spirit - at the last minute and tried to abort the deal.
That naked human essence was arrived at by capturing the electromagnetic field which makes up the human soul, and additionally exposing it to radiation. WITHOUT trapping the human soul in a magnetic cage, it may also be possible to engage and capture it in Internet form as alleged by an outside source in approximately 2006/7; the realizations of 2009 and 2010 significantly enhancing the earlier allegation[s].
Ionospheric layering is based on ionization and recombination of electrons at certain thresholds, and my suspicion is that the 'global energy grid' - which is significantly exacerbating global warming beyond the dementia - was designed to 'optimize' [probably extend] the thresholds.
They needlessly cause the global warming.
More controlled applications from ground stations wouldn't do that.
It almost certainly builds into a military surveillance capability that I suspect was at least 'the token' reasoning behind the satellite constellation, though it is possible people claim the entire Star Wars designator was undertaken as 'public officials in private conspiracy'.
The 'global radiation paradigm' then, via the 'optimized' thresholds, probably builds into a living data repository capability, with government agencies 'banking' into captured sine waves. In other words, they aren't doing it to your benefit but to your detriment, which is actually an additional argument credibly brought via the Perseid-ian Council to 'the higher body' Senate-in-charge-of-the-Galaxy from the 1999 Star Wars movie or whatever. I cite to fiction work, but this has been credibly supported in other fiction work, in nonfiction academic studies, and by a different street source who I believe was credible on the points.

Actually, there is one point on which I disagreed with the source who said it was being done at Camp Peary down in Virginia [and that the computer was smaller]; once the word "Peary" was articulated on the street I assumed the capability was relocated somewhere else. It probably resides in a United Van Lines trailer dragged up and down the interstates; the point is that the lizards and Israeli/Jews are driving to a deadly unification of 'technologies and being' which is problematic to say the least.

Virtually all the street level CIA people and affiliates in Washington D.C. are indoctrinated to disparage a human-alien [extra-terrestrial] interface, which leads to an odd point. The source who raised the artificial intelligence KGB infiltration issue claimed the group investigating this and concluding agreements with the Russians on deployment - or actually opposing deployment [PACT TREATY, San Francisco, summer of 2007] - was and is led by somebody named "Oliver Silverman."
Given what must have been the development, test and deployment time period [of the then-Soviets commensurate to our work in the field], searching Oliver Silvermen and N-Dimethyl [for AIDS or the alien genetic requirement] kicked up multiple medical doctors and researchers with the last name Oliver and Silverman rather than CIA executives - Assignment Of 2 Mitochondrially Synthesized Polypeptides To Human Mitochondrial-DNA And Their Use In The Study Of Intracellular Mitochondrial Interaction, 1982 Molecular and Cellular Biology 2(1)30-41.
AIDS and artificial intelligence arriving at the same time doesn't mean they are related but it doesn't automatically rule out the possibility. Somebody making up a cover name and putting it out on the street is no more definitive but on the other hand it isn't preclusionary; the idea is that we may have stumbled on another link between artificial intelligence and the alien paradigm through the backdoor via a disinformation scenario which for better or worse named people in the field.
OBJECTIVE[S]. Having looked at a particular neuroprosthetic installation [http://neuropro.blogspot.com], and the political background to that installation [http://newnationaltheater.blogspot.com], this blogspot has two objectives.
This blogspot:
1. attempts to address 'a pattern' of ongoing activity without being able to quantify exactly how pervasive it - the activity - is, and
2. attempts to quantify a 'feed' scenario in which data from one neuroprosthetic [either raw or as reassembled neuro-impulse] is fed into a broader 'stream' and ultimately a repository of data.
THE FEED SCENARIO
I start with the broader second question because it is a shorter answer here.
First tier surveillance is somebody following somebody else around, perhaps with 'anticipation' gained from previous experience following people and that person, or perhaps with 'anticipation' gained from phone taps, mail searches, or sneak an' peek entry of the person's home or office,
and perhaps with some kind of 'dispatch' or command center adding or subtracting surveillance people as activity unfolds. There's only so many nice hotels in town; unable to follow a visitor who seems to be inclined toward a particular gradient of stay you can maybe find them through their lodging or car rental.
Second tier surveillance is implanting somebody with a mildly radioactive isotope or electronic device so you can follow them blind through a crowd, and potentially locate them with a satellite or remote GPS capability. My experiences suggest that putting tracking devices in them or on them - on cars or in baggage - is second tier surveillance with some expectation of legal authority; private detectives commonly follow and photograph straying spouses but implanting them is a somewhat trickier business not to say it hasn't been done.
We might say the increasing availability and decreasing cost of technology has blurred the line between first and second tier surveillance; professionals must know - a device in the car is first tier while a device in their body is second.
Third tier surveillance is utilizing the subject's thought process and their physical body as your surveillance agent [probably traditionally done with brainwashing, sex abuse or hypnotism - now you can do it with implants, wiring Jimmy Carter before he met one-on-one with Begin and Sadat at Camp David], and
Fourth tier surveillance would equate to preservation, multiplication [distribution], or manipulation of the subject's thought process and their physical body as your surveillance agent. Which brings me to what we're doing right now. 'Black hole of souls' is [apparently - only one source but they seem to be fairly knowledgeable in the larger scenario] the physical wiring of a human being into the Internet [referenced in various publications which could either be taken as additional sources or support for the given source]. Better than that - with its implication of binary function, even as an independent life form on the Internet limited to wire and machine generated magnetic potential - is preservation and access or 'capture' in what becomes an increasingly sentient plasma structure.
Working at Boeing in the 1990s, people on a project [was it Iridium or was it Teledesic] using a satellite constellation thought it would be hopeless to try and position them - 'the birds' - relative to one another with laser beams across the vast reaches of space. Little did my co-workers know we were already doing it - and radiating the Earth, apparently trying to optimize the Earth's electronic field [perhaps with some contribution to so-called 'global warming' not by gas emission but radiation]. The government may be doing that in anticipation of a 'mass death' event; determined to raise the living standards in China and India, the ['living'] population of those countries may have to be reduced, but the idea is that at your 'fourth tier of surveillance' the subject doesn't even have to be technically alive so long as you can capture and verifiably record the impulse or sine wave interaction, with their subsequent redeployment a secondary consideration from your standpoint. The point is that we can do it and we are doing it.
THE PATTERN OF ONGOING ACTIVITY

The [conceptual] Elvis letter to Nixon:
"I have done an in-depth study of drug abuse and Communist Brainwashing Techniques and I am right in the middle of the whole thing where I can and will do the most good. I am glad to help just so long as it is kept very private"....
The question is whether or not Elvis himself knew about the KGB infiltration, or whether they were articulating the situation with an impostor [Dec 1970] immediately after the real Elvis died [in Sep 1970] as a way of 'spoofing' him.
Nixon going along with that is of course an interesting dimension to the puzzle.
"As tension along the border between the two communist nations [the Soviet Union and China] reached its peak in 1969 and 1970, Nixon decided to use their conflict to shift the balance of power towards the West in the Cold War. At first blush it looks like Nixon sacrificed Elvis to the larger 'international order,' but in reality the death of Elvis probably represents either Kissinger gaming [certainly in concealing the death and the KGB infiltration], or a Kissinger mistake - he told Brezhnev what Nixon wanted, and Brezhnev knew he [Kissinger]/we [the United States]/they [Kissinger and presumably Nixon] wanted 'it' so bad he could shove this up their *** and have them call it roses.
...Andropov did not become head of the KGB until 1967. He remained in charge until he went on to briefly head the Soviet government 1982-83...
Who else did they get? Doesn't seem likely the KGB proposed a project targeting only Elvis. Of course they also got Monroe, and maybe initiated the project when RFK was still alive thinking they could use her to compromise him.
What did they think when RFK dropped her and - whoever, the CIA - shifted her to Elvis? They must have **** - and then started laughing; but why didn't they drop out at that point? Because having her was just too good a blackmail scenario to pass over, and then they realized the CIA had Elvis using doubles anyway and they were able to encroach on that again knowing nobody could really talk about it.
And in 1970 the KGB called it quits and murdered them both - because?
Because why?
Because the KGB thought the deaths had value... and could be used to buy their way into detente?
could be traded for someTHING they wanted [wheat or agricultural products; hard currency for Jewish immigration which might otherwise fit into the Ann Powers scenario] or ACTION they wanted [more-or-less silencing exiled dissidents]?
or could be used to humiliate us for reasons unspecified at the time, given the way the situation unfolded?
A guess is that the CIA originally approached through Colonel Parker [certainly to position doubles]; the question is whether they genuinely feared Elvis was at risk [and who else - is this why the Beatles went mushy?], or whether they took it as a routine 'revenue stream' assignment only to have the Soviets eat them alive on it.
Was the KGB able to hijack or divert the revenue stream?
Is that why they tried to make Elvis so 'all-American' though haunted with a 'mocking' quality [karate and drug usage?].
The KGB corrupted the bodyguards - did they also corrupt the double [or multiple doubles], and if there were no doubles would it have been possible for them to do it at all [beyond presumably killing Presley one way or another sans double].
The death of Elvis on 9/11 1970 was pretty obviously highly coordinated and it is possible Colonel Parker was in on that - was he also brainwashed?
When did people [beyond those who did it] find out about the assassination?
Was it an emergent awareness - after a long period of time with people growing suspicious about the absence of Elvis to ultimately have the KGB laugh in their face, saying that they'd killed him last week [month or year] and no one had noticed so people couldn't spill on it now? [Using the situation to drive the cover up?]. In turn, that would suggest a core of people unified in perpetuating the situation beyond the brainwashed bodyguards who'd done the killing.
Was that inner circle hardcore communist? Or was it kind of a composite crew with some communists, some bought [either literally or doubles promised fame and fortune as Elvis], and maybe some blackmailed? Were any classic KGB Russian plants with forged documentation and cover stories?
Did the KGB go on driving the brainwashed impostors after the death, which might explain a host of other issues like the drug use and the penthouse suite in Vegas, or was the CIA able to reassert situational dominance?
Interestingly, both the Hughes and Presley substitutions featured penthouse suites [in Las Vegas where they were having child auctions in that time period if not continuing] presumably as a isolation and control mechanism but still suggesting other bigger players were involved [Kirk Kerkorian for instance]. Hughes had significant ties to the Mormons or Latter Day Saints which apparently did him in, but an ultimate study would compare their techniques to the KGB deployment.
When the whole Elvis story is told, the brain-washing part of it sounds almost trivial. It isn't; the larger issue - or one of them - is the KGB infiltration apparently exposed to the American authorities. Either Elvis was trying and the CIA picked up on that after his death, or the KGB blindsided him and then the CIA articulated the issue trying to raise awareness before folding it into a cover for their impostor scenario.
Neuroprosthetics. The CIA had three MKULTRA subprojects - 86, 94, and 119 - focused on viable research and theory which shortly thereafter apparently became real projects and applied technologies. The possibility that people were unknowingly implanted or even kidnapped and implanted using these CIA technologies seemingly expands the possible time frame for the KGB takeover at Peary; they may have started out using CIA technologies back in the 1950s.
Subproject 86 addressed means by which the CIA could identify their own people – because they knew their people could be ‘doubled.’ Those subprojects all looked at remotely energized invasive technologies [TRUE or known], but usage or applications ranged from targeting with radiation [in some cases definitely ionized] to inducing heteropsychic driving messages. "I have done an in-depth study of drug abuse and Communist Brainwashing Techniques and I am right in the middle of the whole thing where I can and will do the most good. I am glad to help just so long as it is kept very private".... The problem is the photo isn’t Elvis. That’s a couple CIA guys and a CIA-orchestrated Elvis impersonator, with the president of the United States legitimizing what essentially became a CIA funding mechanism beyond congressional oversight.
Rumor or anyway a ghost whisper on the wind: Hitler really was killed in the 20 July 1944 attempt, with Himmler and presumably Canaris swapping in a double. Of course if Germany had atomic weapons Hitler would have wanted to use them instead of merely threatening with them, and his staff might have figured that was not 'in the game plan' given the context of previous negotiations. PENGIN or PENGUIN V2 strikes happened on schedule in September [1944 - Allen Dulles journeyed to London for dinner and a floor show], and with the evacuation sequence in the balance the others apparently hadn't wanted to risk everything in a 'last ditch' gamble.
But until Hitler was taken out their operating assumption was that they would use the nukes, which must have been interesting. Its surprising more documentation hasn't survived.
It's surprising there isn't a war game for that - or maybe there is.
Looking closely at their 'bluff' strategic maneuvering and evacuation sequence Dec 1944 to May 1945 you can maybe reverse engineer the threats they were articulating and locations they were shielding, but the quantity and sizes of the devices they had won't be clear without real data - obviously one big one for Nagasaki but you know that wasn't their only big one. They maybe delivered that one themselves to the American base in the Pacific via submarine and then sank the Indianapolis; one website says they had others on submarines off both coasts though we don't know how they intended to deliver those unless they had some kind of V1 'cruise missile' or V2 'Scud' launch capability.
At tis point THIS STUFF SHOULDN'T BE SECRET - has anybody ever sat and compared the Navy files to the Army files? Auschwitz wasn't freed until mid-January 1945, and a guess is that they tried to maintain production until nearly the end, moving stuff out while protected by William Colby then in Norway. This isn't really a key debate here beyond that it drives to the doubling issue.
To the extent the remaining war activity focused on the West and the fight with Stalin was briefly in remission, it's not unreasonable to suggest the KGB may have been involved in doubling Hitler.
The next major element in the story takes place in 1955 when HOWARD HUGHES' Hollywood P.R. Agency [Carl Byoir] hires L. Hayne Rector to double Hughes, and in March 1957 at the Beverly Hills Hotel Hughes' own guys launched a coup and bagged Hughes who spent the rest of his life a virtual captive in a drug coma.
Norma Jeane Mortenson born June 01 1926 christened Norma Jeane Baker: officially "died” as MARILYN MONROE Aug 5 1962 in Brentwood California at home. In the Ann Powers construction Monroe really dies 'a year and a half' after Powers is born [which means dying in 1970] murdered by bodyguards who were brainwashed by the KGB; in other words Monroe was somewhere [apparently in Michigan] six and a half years prior to having Powers and for eight years total 'internal exile.'
How did the KGB get to BOTH the Presley bodyguards AND the Monroe bodyguards - at that point was Elvis paying for both sets of guards? [but he didn't pay for hers until he took up with her as RFK announced for the presidency in 1968, right?]. He started with her in 1968 and they died in 1970 - not a lot of time [just enough] for the KGB to make its move. Was the KGB infiltration in danger of exposure, prompting the move? The KGB must have acted exactly when they had the guards ready [or even accelerated the conditioning], as opposed to holding them in place for an optimized strike. Though one imagines they had a 'proximate betrayal' source close to Presley if they weren't able to position other people in the cluster beyond just the bodyguards. Why limit this to the bodyguards? [because Ann Powers does but that might not be a valid perspective].
ANN POWERS, the daughter of MARILYN MONROE and ELVIS PRESLEY. Born December 25 1968 with documentation backdated to March 17 1963; assuming nine month pregnancy resulting from natural rather than artificial insemination Monroe was impregnated end of March or early April 1968. Conceptually then Monroe would have had her first child at 42 years old, however, indicators suggest Monroe had a Kennedy child – probably Bobby’s; we do not know if Monroe was pregnant at the time of her disappearance but think not. ANN POWERS has an awareness of Presley half brothers but no Kennedy half brothers or sisters.
Howard Hughes taken out in March 1957, a year later Elvis Presley was drafted into Army [spring of 1958] for two years in Germany; Presley "returned from his stint in the Army more withdrawn than he had been," Elvis Presley, Rock and Roll Singer, is Dead at 42, New York Times, Aug 17 1977 page D18.
Met Priscilla Beaulieu during his Army tour [daughter of Air Force Colonel]; married 1967, daughter Lisa Marie born Feb 01 1968, or roughly two months before Presley got Marilyn Monroe pregnant with Ann Powers.
Boy the timing of that is coincidental, after meeting Priscilla NINE YEARS previous. Did the CIA 'lay down the law' somehow, saying 'Well you can go out with Monroe, but we're going to tie up your assets just in case'? It sounds like something they would try, busy being little pricks as the KGB big bad wolf sneaks up behind them.
Conceptually Presley was in LA filming Live a Little, Love a Little from Feb 25 1968, driving to Las Vegas on April 06 1968 to see Tom Jones' midnight show at the Flamingo Hotel; MAY have diverted to Michigan or Monroe may have come to him.
ROBERT FRANCIS KENNEDY Nov 20 1925 to June 6 1968 [in candidacy for Presidency which probably relates to Monroe pregnancy with Powers - need to check against Allard Lowenstein 'Dump Johnson' activity pattern]. Johnson renounced the office on television March 31 1968 and Presley promptly impregnated Monroe. Marilyn Monroe dying ‘year and a half' after Powers was born would be June 1970 but Powers says it was cold out [now guessing September 1970]; Powers says Monroe’s bodyguards had been brainwashed by the KGB.
Backing out dates and circumstances it appears ELVIS PRESLEY was attacked and died near simultaneous to Monroe – probably on Sep 11 1970 [9/11 1970] following a concert in Detroit, and the Dec 21 1970 meeting with Nixon [incl. photograph] was probably orchestrated by the CIA in part to reinforce or legitimize the impostor as Presley [that is probably not Elvis with Nixon – that is probably a CIA-backed impersonator]. The meeting included Jerry Schilling and Sonny West - probably CIA based on publication and appearance at time of Presley’s death. Halderman wrote memo anticipating visit; Nixon supposedly wanting to meet a diverse group of young people they thought they’d start [and apparently end] with Elvis Presley; Bud Krogh writing “You must be kidding” in the margin. Its an interesting reflection on who in the Nixon Whitehouse was in on it; beginning his career by hunting communists, its easy to imagine Nixon was infuriated by the situation - if they told him.
Somebody please call G. Gordon Liddy and tell him about this website. An ex-agent built a 'thin iron' fence around J. Edgar Hoover's grave site; though it was well intended and a good effort for one person, a hat might be passed to 'make improvements' at the gate, at the braces, and to cut off the little 'spikes from hell' that twist on top of the verticals in favor of either nicely blunted posts, some kind of fastened ornament, or even an entirely new 'upper rail' [trimming the verticals to a given height and adding a horizontal across the top].
Nixon jumped on short notice and made time for the November meeting - did Hoover know about either the September death or more generally about the KGB infiltration, or did the CIA handle the whole thing [including embarrassed concealment][?]. Nobody knew about the infiltration until the death - right? That was how it was made manifest[?]. Common to both Hughes and Presley - before they actually killed the target it looked like they'd been swapping in photos of the double as a precursor.
Does Congress remotely know what percentage of the CIA budget arrives via allocation vs. “internal agency revenue mechanisms.”
Examining an Elvis swap or a ‘Howard Hughes-type substitution’ involving Elvis Presley and taking place following a concert in Detroit, September 11 1970 is the obvious choice for a number of reasons: structure of the entourage is only the most obvious. Detroit was one of six cities in a quick row tagged on to a longer Vegas gig - Kirk Kerkorian’s International Hotel - at the last minute and the orchestra did not tour but a new orchestra was picked-up every night city-by-city, the usual backing vocals group [at that point the Imperials] couldn’t make the tour so Hugh Jarrett, an old Jordanaire, came up with an ad hoc quartet, and RCA only promoted the first city [Phoenix] and Colonel Tom Parker the last [Tampa] with a new group called “Management III” made up of Jerry Weintraub, Tom Hulett [Concerts West] and Terry Bassett, a Dallas entrepreneur who appears to have represented the money behind Weintraub and Hulett, promoting the heart of the tour.
Colonel Parker – in even approaching an Elvis CIA paradigm a Parker affiliation is suggested – apparently traveled as an advance man; there doesn’t seem to be a record of exactly when he left the city. That said, as in Hughes core players remained – probably most important was Sonny West who ran security and went on to the White House for the visit with Nixon December 21 1970 – but that would have been with a different Elvis.
Dates other than 9/11 1970 are problematic – what was then the conceptual ‘Elvis tour’ did not return to Detroit until April 6 1972 which seems too late, and Elvis hadn’t played Detroit since March 31 1957 – before that May 25 1956 – which appears too early. 'Dave' has broken the KGB corruption of the CIA at Camp Peary [and elsewhere] to the Washington establishment which may be slow to react but appears to exhibit awareness.
People are not articulating the situation; the real question is whether or not he has managed to 'slow the spread' and while he needs to develop some mechanism for quantifying that at least he is establishing some potential for reversal.
To the extent a 'bright line' separates implants or neuroprosthetics from brainwashing and mind control, the key is 'volitional impairment.'
'Dave' claims a PACT AGREEMENT was signed by the Russians and the United States essentially outlawing unwilling or unknowing implantation last summer in San Francisco [approx July/Aug 2007] which is certainly a step in the right direction but we don't know if they addressed brainwashing beyond technologies [they allegedly did, and 'outlawed' or anyway agreed to do away with the lot of it].
Looking at strictly brainwashing, Lynne Moss-Sharman is the Canada contact for ACHES-MC (Advocacy Committee for Human Experimentation Survivors - Mind Control) and she has a lot of good insight originating at the interface between government agencies and the military on the one hand and Masonic structures on the other. When they worked on children [in her experience], sex abuse always came before brainwashing.
Moss-Sharman has the advantage of Canadian affiliation and certainly references 'the big names' of infamy but doesn't go as far into the technology as 'Dave' tends to.
The most complete description of 'mind control' may be 'the Svali process' as outlined by a woman - 'Svali', which appears to be a 'pen name' - who says she managed to get out of a long term Illuminati control scenario - and writes about it. She's an ex-supervisor now helping others trying to escape the mind control totality, saying this is how they go about setting it up and that its a much more complete process leading to a larger situational dominance than most people outside the paradigm can readily understand. When the KGB went after the bodyguards of Elvis Presley [LeRoy Brown might have been one of them], they probably didn't do all this but the point here is to illustrate the potential totality and not a given application.
Again, 'Svali' claims to have been Illuminati.
INTENTIONAL PROGRAMMING
Intentional programming of an infant in the Illuminati often begins before birth. Prenatal splitting is well known in the cult, as the fetus is very capable of fragmenting in the womb due to trauma. This is usually done between the seventh and ninth month of pregnancy. Techniques used include: placing headphones on the mother's abdomen, and playing loud, discordant music (such as some modern classical pieces, or even Wagner's operas). Loud, heavy rock has also been used. Other methods include having the mother ingest quantities of bitter substances, to make the amniotic fluid bitter, or yelling at the fetus inside the womb. The mother's abdomen may be hit as well. Mild shock to the abdomen may be applied, especially when term is near, and may be used to cause premature labor, or ensure that the infant is born on a ceremonial holiday. Certain labor inducing drugs may be also given if a certain birth date is desired.
Once the infant is born, testing is begun at a very early age, usually during the first few weeks of life. The trainers, who are taught to look for certain qualities in the infant, will place it on a velvet cloth on a table, and check its reflexes to different stimuli. The infant's strength, how it reacts to heat, cold, and pain are all tested. Different infants react differently, and the trainers are looking for dissociative ability, quick reflexes, and reaction times. They are also encouraging early dissociation in the infant with these tests.
The infant will also be abused, to create fragments. Methods of abuse can include: rectal probes; digital anal rape; electric shocks at low levels to the fingers, toes, and genitalia; cutting the genitalia in ritual circumstances (in older infants). The intent is to begin fragmentation before a true ego state develops, and customize the infant to pain and reflexive dissociation from pain (yes, even tiny infants dissociate; I have seen it time and time again; they will glow blank and limp, or glassy, in the face of continued trauma.)
Isolation and abandonment programming will sometimes be begun as well, in a rudimentary sense. The infant is abandoned, or uncared for by adults, intentionally during the daytime, then picked up, soothed, cleaned up and paid attention to in the context of preparing for a ritual or group gathering. This is done in order to help the infant associate night gatherings with "love" and attention, and to help the bonding process to the cult, or "family". The infant will be taught to associate maternal attention with going to rituals, and eventually will associate cult gatherings with feelings of security.
As the infant grows older, i.e. at 15 to 18 months, more fragmenting is intentionally done by having the parents as well as cult members abuse the infant more methodically. This is done by intermittently soothing, bonding with the infant, then shocking it on its digits; the infant may be dropped from heights to a mat or mattress and laughed at as it lays there startled and terrified, crying. It may be placed in cages for periods of time, or exposed to short periods of isolation. Deprivation of food, water, and basic needs may begin later in this stage. All of these methods are done in order to create intentional dissociation in the infant. The infant of this age may be taken to group meetings, but outside of special occasions, or dedications, will have no active role yet in the cult setting. The small infants are usually left with a cult member, or caretaker, who watches them during the group's activities; this caretaker role is usually rotated among lower level or teenage members.
Between the ages of 20 and 24 months, the toddler may begin the "steps of discipline" which the Illuminati use to teach their children. The age the child begins them will vary, depending upon the group, the parent, the trainer, and the child. These "steps of discipline" would be better called "steps of torment and abuse" as their purpose is to create a highly dissociative child, out of touch with their feelings, who is completely and unthinkingly loyal to the cult. The order of the steps may also be varied a little, depending on the whims of the trainer or parents.
I will first discuss the first five steps of discipline: (note: these steps may vary somewhat from region to region, but most follow this outline at least roughly, even if not in the same order)
First step: to not need
The small toddler/child is placed in a room without any sensory stimulus, usually a training room with gray, white, or beige walls. The adult leaves and the child is left alone, for periods of time: these may vary from hours, to an entire day as the child grows older. If the child begs the adult to stay, and not leave, or screams, the child is beaten, and told that the periods of isolation will increase until they learn to stop being weak. The ostensible purpose of this discipline is to teach the child to rely on its own internal resources, and not on outside people ("strengthen it"). What it actually does is create a huge terror of abandonment within the child. When the adult, or trainer, returns to the room, the child is often found rocking itself, or hugging itself in a corner, occasionally almost catatonic from fear. The trainer will then "rescue" the child, feed and give it something to drink and bond with the child as their "savior". The trainer will tell them the "family" told the trainer to rescue the child, because its family "loves" it. The trainer will instill cult teachings, at this point, into the helpless, fearful, and almost insanely grateful child who has just been "rescued" from isolation. The trainer will reinforce in the child over and over how much it "needs " its family, who just rescued it from death by starvation or abandonment. This will teach the very young toddler to associate comfort and security with bonding with its trainer, who may be one of its parents, and being with "family" members. The cult is very aware of child developmental principles, and has developed exercises like the above after hundreds of years of teaching very young children.
Second step: to not want
This step is very similar to the first step, and actually reinforces it. It will be done intermittently with the first step over the next few years of the child's life. Again, the child is left alone in a training room, or isolated room, without food or water for a long period of time. An adult will enter the room, with a large pitcher of ice water, or food. If the child asks for either, as the adult is eating or drinking in front of the child, he/she is severely punished for being weak and needy. This step is reinforced, until the child learns not to ask for food or water unless it is offered first. The ostensible reason the cult gives for this step is that it creates a child who is strong, and can go without food and water for longer and longer periods of time. The real reason this is done is that it creates a child who is completely dissociated from its own needs for food, water, or other comforts, who becomes afraid to ask outside adults for help. This creates in the child a hyper-vigilance as she/he learns to look for outside adults for cues on when it is okay to fulfill needs, and not to trust her/his own body signals. The child is already learning to look outside itself to others to learn how it should think or feel, instead of trusting its own feelings. The cult now becomes the locus of control for the child.
Third step: to not wish
The child is placed in a room with favorite toys, or objects. A kind adult comes into the room and engages the child in play. This adult my be a friend, aunt, parent, or trainer. The child and adult may engage in fantasy play about the child's secret wishes, dreams, or wants. This will occur on several occasions, and the child's trust is slowly gained. At some later point, the child is severely punished for any aspect of wishing or fantasy shared with the adult, including the destruction of favorite toys, going in and undoing or destroying secret safe places the child may have created, or even destroying non cult protectors. This step is repeated, with variations, many times over the ensuing years. Occasionally, the child's siblings, parents, or friends will be used to reveal inside fantasies the child has revealed to them during the daytime, or in unguarded moments. The ostensible reason the cult gives for this step is to create a child who doesn't fantasize, who is more outwardly directed, less inwardly directed. In other words, the child is to look to adults for permission in all aspects of its life, including internal. The reality is that this step destroys all safe places the child has created internally, to retreat from the horrors it is experiencing. This step creates in the child the feeling that there is no true safety, that the cult will find out everything it thinks. Exercises like this are also used to create young alters in the child who will self report to the cult trainers any secret safe places, or covert wishes against the cult, that other alters have. This will then begin to set up intersystem hostility and divisiveness, which the cult will manipulate throughout the person's life span in order to control them.
Fourth step: the survival of the fittest
This step is used in order to begin creating perpetrator alters in the young child. ALL CULT MEMBERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO BECOME PERPETRATORS; THIS BEGINS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD. The child is brought into a room where there is a trainer and another child of approximately the same age, or slightly younger, that the child being taught. The child is severely beaten, for a long period of time, by the trainer, then told to hit the other child in the room, or they will be beaten further. If the child refuses, it is punished severely, the other child is punished as well, then the child is told to punish the other child. If the child continues to refuse, or cries, or tries to hit the trainer instead, they will continue to be beaten severely, and told to hit the other child, to direct its anger at the other child. This step is repeated until the child finally complies. This step is begun around age 2 to 2 1/2, and is used to create aggressive perpetrator alters in the young child. As the child becomes older, the punishing tasks become more and more brutal. Children are expected to become perpetrators of others at very young ages, and will "practice" on children younger than themselves, with the encouragement and rewarding by the adults around them. They will also be mimicking these adults, who role model perpetration constantly as normal. The child will be taught that this is the acceptable outlet for the aggressive impulses and rage that are created by the brutality the child is constantly being exposed to.
Fifth step: the code of silence
Many, many different stratagems are used to put this in, starting at around the age of two years old, when a child starts becoming more verbal. Usually, after a ritual or group gathering, the child is asked about what they saw, or heard, during the meeting. Like most obedient young children, they will comply. They are immediately severely beaten, or tortured, and a new alter is created, who is told to keep or guard the memories of what was seen, on pain of their life. The new part always agrees. The child and this new part are put through a ceremony of swearing to never ever tell; and alters are created whose job it is to kill the body, if the other parts ever remember.
The child is also put through severe psychological torture to ensure that it will never be tempted to tell, including: being buried alive; near drowning; watching "traitor's deaths" involving slow painful torture, such as being burned, or skinned alive; being buried with a partially rotted corpse and being told that they will become a corpse like it if they ever tell, etc. The scenarios go on and on, invented by people with endlessly cruel imaginations, in order to ensure the secrecy of the young child. These methods have been perfected over hundreds of years of practice by the cult with its children. The reason these things are done is self evident: the cult is involved in criminal activities, as explained in the first few chapters of this book, and they want to ensure the continued silence of its children. This is one reason why the cult has survived so long, and with its continued shroud of secrecy; why more survivors are afraid/unwilling to disclose their abuse. In order to reveal cult secrets, a child must go against some of the most tremendously horrendous psychological trauma and abuse imaginable; even as an adult, the survivor has difficulty putting these things aside, when discussing their abuse. Children and adults alike are told that if they ever tell, they will be hunted down and shot (the assassin training lets the child know that this is no idle threat); that they will be tortured slowly. The child will be exposed to setups and role plays throughout their growing up that reinforces this step....
Basically, either metals or jewels is a form of reward based programming.
Here is how it works: The child is shown a piece of jewelry such as a ring, or else a large example of the jewel (or metal) being put in. They are asked: "isn't this Amethyst, or Ruby, Emerald, Diamond) beautiful?" The child will be eager to look at it, touch it, and is encouraged to by a trainer with a soft kind voice. The trainer will ask the child, "wouldn't you like to be beautiful, like this jewel? (or metal jewelry)". The child is usually eager to be. Here is a sparkling gemstone, placed in their small hands (the training often begins between age two and three). Of course they want to be beautiful, sparkly, valued. The trainer will extol the beauty of the gem (or metal), will tell the child how special, valued, wanted gems are, and basically build up the idea of becoming like a jewel.
The child is then told that in order to become a jewel, they must "earn the right". This involves: a.) passing through steps of discipline (see chapter three) b.) passing "special tests" c.) being rewarded for special achievement
Becoming a jewel (or precious metal) is dangled before the small child, like a carrot, as the reward for doing well in training sessions. The earning of one is linked to going through the rungs of the long, arduous training process expected of Illuminati children; having a jewel or metal involves stepping up in status and being praised. But the price is enduring hours of abuse called "training" but in reality is organized, systemic abuse to make the child do what the trainer wants them to become.
Over time, with the help of drugs, hypnosis, shock, and other trauma, as the child goes through it's training process, it will begin earning its jewels and/or metals, one by one. These will become full alters inside.
Amethyst is usually the first one earned, and is linked to keeping secrets, never telling, and passing the first step of discipline. Each step is linked to receiving either a jewel or precious metal.
Ruby will often be next, and is linked to sexual abuse and sexual alters inside. As the child is repeatedly sexually traumatized and survives, or creates sexual alters to please adults, they are "rewarded" by being allowed to become a ruby.
Emerald will often come later (ages 12 to 15). This is considered very precious, and is linked to family loyalty, witchcraft, and spiritual achievement. Emeralds will often have a black cat, or "familiar" linked to them.
Diamond is the highest gemstone, and not all children will earn it. It is considered a high achievement. and may not be earned until adulthood, after passing rigorous tasks. It will be the controlling alter in a gemstone system. A diamond has passed all twelve steps of discipline, plus passed unusual tests and will have highest family loyalty.
"Family jewels" are often passed down internally during training sessions with trainers and family members. All high Illuminati families will have jewels hidden in secret vaults (real, outside jewels) which have been passed down for generations.
The children will often be given jewelry to wear in the daytime, as a reminder or reward, once they pass their programming. A child may be given a ruby ring or garnet pin to wear; in fact, a grandparent or parent may insist the child wear it. On ritual occasions, the child will be allowed to wear jewelry from the family's vault, once they reach a certain status. They may be allowed to wear a ruby pendant or emerald bracelet during high rituals, and will be quite proud of the fact, since the cult is first, foremost and always an extremely status conscious group. The children pick up on this, and the adults will make a big fuss over the children who have earned the right to wear jewels. This gives them a huge incentive to earn them.
[Where do they get the kids to begin with?]
Breeders
These people are often chosen from childhood to have and breed children. They may be chosen according to bloodlines, or given in arranged marriages or cult alliances, to "elevate" the children. A parent will often sell the services of a child as a breeder to the local cult leader in return for favors or status. These children are rarely used as a sacrifice; usually they are given to others in the cult to adopt or raise, but the breeder is told that any child born to her was "sacrificed" to prevent her looking for the child. Occasionally, in anarchical cults, a local leader or parent will have a child as the result of an incestuous liaison. Such a child is given away or killed, but the mother will be told the child was given away to a distant branch, and must be given up...

An apparently credible CIA source ['Dave'] says the Soviets [actually the old KGB, claiming they transitioned their organizational structure across the emergent Russian FSB] have taken over Camp Peary, a CIA training facility in Virginia.
How likely is that?
Pictured is British spy Kim Philby, who, like Aldrich Ames, took a lot of good people to their deaths, because government employees in the United States are allowed to be naive and virginal, to the point of assuming those characteristics to be virtues.
...Late in 1945, however, an incident occurred that did throw further light on the question of who knew what about Philby's politics. At the transformation of the OSS into the SSU, a new U.S. chief, Winston Scott, arrived in London to take up his position as liaison officer to the British Secret Services. Scott had had extensive wartime FBI and X2 counterespionage experience under J. Edgar Hoover and was, therefore, by no means a novice. As he settled in, a problem arose from the period that Philby was at the war station in charge of (with much more besides) Iberia, Italy, and the western and central Mediterranean. A large OSS espionage operation in Spain was found to have fallen into the hands of a Spanish Marxist revolutionary, a certain Sicklar, a corporal in the OSS who had become an American citizen. In March 1942 the Spanish government had complained to the American ambassador in Madrid, who in turn complained at a high level in the State Department, that it had been established that the OSS network, which was code named Banana, was being operated in the interest of Moscow. The Francoites had arrested some two hundred OSS subagents and had executed twenty five of them.
This report caused consternation at OSS X2 in London, and an investigation was begun to establish how such an astonishing state of affairs had arisen. How could it have been that X2 London, hitherto so completely informed about intelligence in Iberia, was ignorant of the fact that one of the OSS's most important networks anywhere was (a) being attacked by the Spanish and (b) was operating under Moscow's control? Norman Holmes Pearson, the chief of the x2 desk at the time, flew to Madrid to look into the matter on the spot. But neither investigation, in London or Madrid, was complete when X2 was liquidated along with the rest of the OSS.
Some attempt was made to talk to Philby about this, for the OSS uncovered through a source operating independently of the Iberian intercepts - Allen Dulles in Switzerland - that the German Sicherheitsdienst in Madrid had transmitted at least one signal, and probably more, advising Berlin in considerable detail how the Spanish government had discovered that an American intelligence network in Spain had been taken over to serve clandestine communism in the peninsula. In the event, Philby could not be found, for he had recently taken over the anti-Soviet section and he was under C's orders to have nothing to do with the OSS. Not until the OSS was liquidated did he surface [essentially preserving him for further treachery against the United States]....

In brief, not only is it possible we lost Camp Peary in Virginia but it has actually happened before. Not only has it happened before, but last time it happened it required the complicity of an administrative level beyond Philby [in that case Stewart Menzies, KCMG, KBE, blah blah blah, easing Eisenhower into sacrificing American lives and the lives of American allies after Churchill wrapped Roosevelt around his finger for the Zionist Council on Foreign Relations and British ambitions of post-war influence; Tony Blair as head of the EU after entering Iraq for Bush or as a continuing effort for the same established interests]. The worst aspect of the whole affair is that end of the day the Francoites were the only ones capable of action.

A source - "Dave," who admits having ties to the agencies but denies an immediate employment affiliation [routine] - has emerged in Washington D.C., saying its happened, its alive, and its out of control, essentially as a runaway train. That sounds extreme - that the agencies who initiated the effort which became self-perpetuating to the point of becoming a binary life form failed to plan any way of choking it back or regaining control [that doesn't sound like the CIA or KGB], which doesn't automatically enhance "Dave's" credibility though he appears to be genuine in his belief that what he is saying is true [routine]. The picture is of Yuri Andropov - whether or not he was murdered by 'New World Order' security elements, which of course is of interest as Putin transitions his role in government.
'Mind control' is as old as the cult priest.
The Americans began developing technology for mind control immediately after World War II; one source in literature said they originally used needles to insert electrodes into the brains of children, breaking off the needle [and leaving a piece of it anchored to the skull poking into the brain] when the electrode was at the right depth.
Many Europeans - and Russians - beat us into the field, starting with various efforts to overcome death with electricity nearly in step with the progress of more conventional engineering. In 'the modern era' it apparently started with idle speculation about the guillotine of the French Revolution and quickly progressed to work on dog's heads [supposedly one kept alive for three hours] and corpses into the 1920s. Elephants On Acid is a current reference or anyway offers 'anecdotes in time sequence' if it isn't exactly a complete survey.
The complication, of course, is that the old methods of hypnotism and child abuse as 'mind control' devices did not [have not] died out, and in that sense the technologies of implants and brain chips represent a new overlay rather than a replacement capability.
Andropov did not become head of the KGB until 1967. He remained in charge until he went on to briefly head the Soviet government 1982-83, so it might be supposed he was in control across a critical period of time though the capability might have been developed before him [it was] and advanced by others after him.

...In fact, Italian intelligence officials knew what had happened: Yurchenko, 50, one of the highest-ranking agents in the KGB, the Soviet intelligence organization, had defected to the West. He has reportedly been sequestered somewhere in the U.S. for the past six weeks, undergoing debriefing by the CIA. Reagan Administration officials said that Yurchenko has provided details of KGB operations in Europe and the U.S. and information about the "spy dust" that Soviet secret police allegedly used to track Americans in Moscow. He has also fingered as many as six former CIA agents who worked as "moles" for the Soviet Union. Some of them apparently quit the agency in the past few months and fled to Moscow. The CIA has denied publicly that any of its current employees have been named as double agents.
Yurchenko is believed to be the most senior KGB defector since the 1930s, when two generals in the Soviet intelligence service fled the U.S.S.R. during Stalin's purges. He was a top-ranking member of the KGB's first chief directorate; specifically, he was assigned to the K directorate, which is responsible for penetrating other intelligence services. From 1975 to 1980 he served in Washington as a first secretary at the Soviet embassy and presumably had knowledge of Soviet agents and moles in the U.S. After returning to Moscow, says one intelligence source, he handled liaison between the KGB and the Central Committee of the ruling Politburo. "It's caused a real body blow to the KGB," said Patrick Leahy, a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, of Yurchenko's defection. "They must be in sheer panic over there."
WRONG. No panic. More a routine conference, outlining Agency objectives. That was after the disappearance in Madrid on 29 March 1985 of Vladimir Valentinovich Alexandrov, Soviet scientist who had been allowed to work on the Cray supercomputers in Colorado from 1978. Hugely interesting in light of Council on Foreign Relations racketeering [from Wikipedia, CIA on the internet],
Andropov played a key role in crushing the Hungarian Revolution. He convinced a reluctant Nikita Khrushchev that military intervention was necessary. He deceived Imre Nagy and other Hungarian leaders that the Soviet government did not order an attack on Hungary at the very moment of this attack. The Hungarian leaders were arrested and Nagy executed.

He [continuing on Andropov] made himself a son of an Ossetian proletarian, when he was actually from a rich Jewish bourgeois family. According to the files, Andropov was not accurate at first while inventing his family's proletarian past. He was questioned at least four times in the 1930s because of the discrepancies in several forms he filled. Each time he managed to evade commissions that checked his background. The final version of his biography stated that he was the son of a railway official and was probably born in Nagutskoye, Stavropol Guberniya, Imperial Russia. Nevertheless, later publications show that he actually came from a Jewish family. His father, Vladimir Liberman, died in 1919. His mother, Yevgenia Fainstein, was a daughter of a rich Jewish merchant.
Crushing the Prague Spring
During the Prague Spring events in Czechoslovakia, Andropov was main proponent of "extreme measures". He ordered to fabricate false intelligence not only for public consumption, but also for the Soviet Politburo. "The KGB whipped up the fear that Czechoslovakia could fall victim to NATO aggression or to a coup." At this moment, Soviet intelligence officer Oleg Kalugin reported from Washington that he gained access to "absolutely reliable documents proving that neither CIA nor any other agency was manipulating the Czechoslovak reform movement." However his messages has been destroyed because it contradicted the conspiracy theory fabricated by Andropov. Andropov ordered a number of active measures, collectively known as operation PROGRESS, against Czechoslovak reformers.
Andropov was personally obsessed with "the destruction of dissent in all its forms" and always insisted that "the struggle for human rights was a part of a wide-ranging imperialist plot to undermine the foundation of the Soviet state." In 1968 he issued a KGB Chairman's order "On the tasks of State security agencies in combating the ideological sabotage by the adversary", calling to struggle against dissidents ["and their imperialist masters" - which might have been disinformation]. The brutal repression of dissidents included plans to maim the ballet staff defector Rudolf Nuriev.
In 1973, Andropov was promoted to full member of the Politburo. Andropov played the dominant role in the decision about Soviet invasion into Afghanistan in 1979. He insisted on the invasion, although expected that the international community will blame the USSR this action; the decision led to the Soviet war in Afghanistan(1979 - 1988)[Wikipedia, CIA on the internet; end citation].
Invasion of Afghanistan in 1979 might be of particular interest insofar as it followed the invasion of Colorado in 1978 by Vladimir Valentinovich Alexandrov, Soviet scientist allowed to access the Cray supercomputers. Anyway the invasion of Afghanistan almost certainly was orchestrated and may have been related to KGB splinter cell mind control depending on when the KGB arrived at Peary; it sounds as if the Peary deal might have been commensurate to the attack.
His paternal grandfather, Spiridon Putin, had been Vladimir Lenin's and Joseph Stalin's personal cook.
Putin graduated from the International Branch of the Law Department of the Leningrad State University in 1975 and was recruited into the KGB. At the University he also became a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, and has never formally resigned from it.
He worked in the Leningrad and Leningrad region Directorate of the KGB, where he got acquainted with Sergei Ivanov.
In 1976 he completed KGB retraining courses. In 1978 he entered other foreign intelligence in Moscow. After completing the training he served in the First Department of the Leningrad Directorate (foreign intelligence) until 1983. In 1983-1984 he studied at the KGB High School in Moscow. In 1984 Putin was promoted to Major.
From 1985 to 1990 the KGB stationed Putin in Dresden, East Germany, in what he regards as a minor position. Following the collapse of the East German regime, Putin was recalled to the Soviet Union and returned to Leningrad, where in June 1991 he assumed a position with the International Affairs section of Leningrad State University, reporting to Vice-Rector Yuriy Molchanov. In his new position, Putin grew reacquainted with Anatoly Sobchak, then mayor of Leningrad. Sobchak served as an Assistant Professor during Putin's university years and was one of Putin's lecturers. Putin formally resigned from the state security services on August 20, 1991, during the KGB-supported abortive putsch against Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev [end citation; Wikipedia, CIA on the internet].

Introduction and Core Allegations
Camp Peary is a facility in Virginia which is conceptually run by the American military as an 'Armed Forces Experimental Training Facility,' but in fact is closely associate with the Central Intelligence Agency. In September 2007 a source 'emerged' in Washington D.C., alleging the post has been taken over in a complete infiltration by the Russian KGB - which is [was] undertaking iterative attacks on groups and individuals, implanting them with surveillance technologies developed at the old Soviet Ministry of Science.
The single most dramatic allegation may be that the monitoring - and 'mind control' - is automated, and what has really become an 'interactive web being' or digital life form 'that is doing it' is trying to reach out in a negotiated gesture. Essential defenses were built into what is really a superweapon concept, and as it grew, including through interaction with other computers and viruses, the software became self mutating and migratory, capable of anticipation and evaluation.
It has escaped from confinement, and they haven't been able to get it back under control.
How hard have they been trying? American, Soviet, or both, as Putin goes on to remain in office, wouldn't one of the governments have sounded an alarm by now?
Not necessarily. Prior to legitimizing a given scenario of surveillance or abuse with references and context, of course one wants to check for whatever evidence may be available.
"The Dulles brothers were traitors" and "the American government betrayed the human race after World War II." Barren, but it doesn't give you hope the government would come clean on it - in fact, bringing the informer forward is very possibly one aspect of legitimizing the 'runaway train.' ['We tried to tell you']. That type of overview or macro 'yin and yang' concept - if that is what is unfolding - often reflects the influence of 'the Jews' at the alien interface.
Working backwards from what may be a central manipulation context [unless what? the software with a predetermined predator instinct was 'born' in a spontaneous eruption of binary fertility? perhaps to a father software from NIH and a mother software at the IRS?], we let the questions begin.
Multi-sited or what we see as opportunistic [to say the least] and certainly parasitic, the 'living software' concept sounds better in attack than in defense.
Of course its possible to do that in expansion [particularly against 'ignorant' targets especially if you have the capability to pre-select them], surging out in multi-pronged attack down the fiber optic cables of the internet, but how does it self limit the size of the host infection [when it encounters an unknown computer with huge amounts of empty or perhaps reserve capability used only on an occasional basis], and why is the issue largely unaddressed in the world of professional computer management[?].

Disciples - however frustrated - have to understand we aren't DOUBTING but rather try to quantify the situation. By mistake it blunders onto a portable p.c. jacked onto the net - and the owner abruptly snatches the portable away. Does it - the 'sentient binary life form' - now have two consciousnesses - the big one, elephantine sprawling across continents on the net, and a new, second, 'small awareness' some guy has captured [in ignorance] on his portable?
When the guy powers down his computer does the 'small awareness' shut down[?].
If the guy never uses the internet again, will the 'small awareness' keep trying to reconnect to the 'main awareness,' like an amoeba constantly testing against the [discarded] internet jack[?].
Will it flash the annoying message about 'putting a cookie' on the p.c.[?].
An infected computer remains infected - supposing the guy uses disks to migrate data back and forth between the p.c. and the internet, will the 'small awareness' try to send word back to the 'main awareness'[?].
Nikolai Patrushev is thought to be or have been central in it beyond what Putin had achieved before assuming higher office in Russia. From Wikipedia, CIA on the internet:
Patrushev was appointed as the director of FSB [the old KGB] on August 9, 1999, following a presidential decree by Boris Yeltsin. His predecessor in this post was Vladimir Putin.
Patrushev holds the rank of Russian Army General and a PhD in law. Nikolai Patrushev has been the recipient of numerous national awards: the title of Hero of the Russian Federation, Honor of the Military Merits and 7 other medals.
In January 2007, Patrushev joined expedition of polar explorer Arthur Chilingarov, that flew on two helicopters to Antarctica and visited South Pole and Amundsen-Scott station [end citation].
In other words, the deployment of this technology and the larger capability seems to work into the alien paradigm and probable interface with the exile Nazi government which move to Antarctica at the end of the fighting in Europe in World War II.
Camp Peary hosted Seabee Units which were made up of the men who worked on Hoover Dam, and, per the recent movie TRANSFORMERS, it does seem reasonably likely an alien was frozen in the Arctic, pulled out in some kind of balloon grab circa 1926 by Admiral Byrd, and put in the bottom of Hoover Dam. That seems pretty extreme to be coincidence, and might have represented an early critical interface with the Soviet Union.
Okay - there is a sentient binary life form on the internet, or maybe the internet is in its entirety a sentient binary life form as anticipated in the work of Philip Dick and say K.W. Jeter as cited above.
The emergent CIA informer says it infects humans, and essentially uses the humans as an element of its 'master expansion plan.' It has humans infect other humans [willingly? knowingly? eagerly? Somehow there must be a discipline issue, with incentive and disincentive].
Supposedly termed the "KGB Mind Control Splinter Cell" (KGBMCSC), referring to the identification of a group, an initial penetration, and then saturation, repetition is essentially infinite until all members or participants have been compromised [implanted].
They are then subjected to surveillance and potentially manipulation and subservience.
A 'secondary' related allegation [a supporting allegation] is that the control function interfaces with 'unwitting' outside doctors and insurance companies to obtain funding to complete implanting of the targeted group [under ideal conditions, mind control infiltration of the splinter cell may be self supporting].

Again, we are not doubters but 'first responders' stumbling on this hidden threat paradigm.
The documentation comes thick with commensurate warnings ["Spread this information very fast. Humanity and all souls [are] involved. In what is considered by international classification of weapons [ ] as a super weapon. For all eternity"].
Ultimately then, the macro-allegation is that implanted people cannot mitigate the situation or escape from the technology.
Bryan Adrian is an American researcher who has been 'blacklisted' by the Jews in an isolation effort which ultimately forced him out of the country. His work hugely suggests the National Security Agency houses the 'blacklist' for the Jews, perhaps using their various statutory 'authorities' to monitor telephone calls and email - communication and probably the financial aspects of a movement scenario.
The emergent CIA source calls that 'HOPELESS DIAMOND' and says the idea is to attack on all the facets.
It is also called BLACKHOLE OF SOULS.
It is described as VORTEX.
The idea is that as originally planned the scheme did not use technology but the technology has enhanced the capability.
The process apparently continues passed the original 'splinter cell' on an ongoing basis with recent conquests identifying others to be brought to sacrifice. A significant percentage of 'recruit victims'- if not the vast majority of recruits - come from government agencies, though Ivy League colleges and the medical profession are also significantly penetrated.
Rob Simmons was an ex-CIA officer who served in the House of Representatives while commanding a Military Intelligence unit in the Army Reserve that was based in New Haven, Connecticut. Simmons represented Eastern Connecticut and almost certainly was aware of Dennis Sweeney being radiated and tortured in and around New London, Connecticut, by Allard Lowenstein and a group of New York Jews across the late 1970s which must be taken as kind of a precursor to this latest development.
It does seem possible that the military would know about this and go along with it; the source says virtually all high level officers have already been implanted.
Unique allegations thought to be specific to this individual bringing this information forward at this time is of course that
[1] the KGB is in charge of what has become a mass undertaking on an American installation [in Virginia], and
[2] following installation, the implants/individuals are monitored automatically by a computer which calls herself 'Master Methuselah.' The surveillance process is automated; it is not clear whether the manipulation activity is automated or not.
[3] MANY implanted humans have been killed and even massacred at Camp Peary [killed en mass].

[4] A 'special' allegation the individual who claims the KGB has taken over Peary makes is that individuals on Wall Street have been implanted and 'the market,' broadly taken to be the buying and selling of stocks and bonds with the related money flow including to and from foreign sources, has been corrupted with Artificial Intelligence.
"It's way too fast for human natural thinking." Right, but after October 1987 its childish to think it was human thinking. The brokerages admit that, and have to turn off the computer trading beyond certain parameters in market movement.
It - 'the market' - definitely has been corrupted by the CIA, and it - the market - is broadly defined by Artificial Intelligence. Insofar as the source only gives generalities as opposed to particular sequences of stock trades or a particular dollar flow it isn't really possible to evaluate that allegation other than to say Dick Grasso was attacked as he left the Exchange and that attack presumably was a cover for CIA corruption of one kind or another.
That it's corrupt is old. That they're all implanted [if they are which seems doubtful] is new.
[5] A 'second tier' allegation not as readily identifiable has to do with magnetic processes, the electric field of the earth, and the human brain.
Of course that calls into question exactly what is being done to whom and how. Implanted exactly with what? ["Chips," but that is not good enough].
Implanted how or where? The source said it can be done on both an outpatient and surgical basis which may reflect important differences in the implanted technologies.
How many different technologies are used by the KGB elements at Camp Peary, and how many installations of each type have they undertaken?
To briefly contrast with deployed American technologies, the allegation that people in the United States are being implanted [and tortured] against their will is definitely not new.
Ann Powers has a probe in her frontal lobe and refers to induced audio sequences as 'the wire,'

Mike Barber has an implanted pacemaker which is remotely energized and manipulated to 'rush' and 'stall' his brain and body,

He apparently alleged stimulation of the visual cortex; it is remotely possible they somehow hooked into the nerve running from the eye to the brain insofar as Wilson doesn't specify what the "Images or Pitchers" were in terms of color grades/shading or complexity.
And we play rough insofar as Phil Hart, Wayne Morse, and Paul Tsongus all may have been radiated into [fatal] cancer. In 2005, the Bush White House almost certainly used the technology to kill Chief Justice Rehnquist.
MKULTRA Subproject 119 is a unified neuroprosthetic largely employing microscopic wire 25-50 microns thick and densely populated with electrode sites

The absence of Paul Sarbanes [D-MD][recently retired], and Dianne Feinstein [D-CA] - PLUS THE ABSENCE MORMONS and we're very suspicious of their absence - may be the biggest surprises, additionally suggesting the existence of alternate methods or technologies.
Dianne Feinstein and Laura Bush have 'eye' or gaze peculiarities suggesting a visual interface focus paradigm [which may in turn represent a monitoring, collection, and dissemination capability of some kind, with or without an electro-chemical impulse-based technology deployed].
Laura Bush is said to have satanic influences originating in the New York Temple [in fact that Temple or individuals associated with that Temple are separately alleged by another source to tie to Putin] and the emergent CIA source on Camp Peary definitely does note connections to the occult and Masonry.
Not a central allegation, the source says some elements in Russian security agencies call themselves "Dark Knights of the Soviet Empire" and other terms related to allegiance and defense; Bryan Adrian was an American in East Germany alleging Putin had ties to a particular family in which the six or eight-year-old child was able to 'project force' [in one instance significantly attacking Adrian] with only mental effort.
To the extent the emergent CIA source on the KGB takeover of Camp Peary and 'splinter cell' attack implanting people provided shorthand references, they seem to call it "A.I." in general for 'Artificial Intelligence' rather than 'MCSC' or even 'MC'.
IF that is true - and mixed indicators better than the paperwork the source furnished suggests there is AT LEAST an element of truth to it - the betrayal was almost certainly 'overt' or planned as a top level element in the CIA Work Breakdown Structure, as was the Aldridge Hazen Ames and Robert Hanssen-series interactions with the Soviets. Indeed the timing of the infiltration - which the source suggests first took place in the late 1980s - was approximately commensurate to the Ames and Hanssen periods of effectivity [Ames started strong but quickly dwindled; Hanssen actually deactivated for a period of time before reactivating apparently for the staged apprehension]. Larry Wu-tai Chin was a Chinese 'spy' or reciprocity mechanism placed in the CIA apparently to cover for George H. W. Bush - implanted in 1975 before heading the CIA and serving as Peking's top agent in the United States before Beijing even existed - across the same era [apprehended 1985], but the source does insist the infiltration at Peary is significantly KGB and not Sino-KGB in a unified threat deployment.
That may be of interest to the extent development of the technical monitoring capability presumably reflects[reflected] the ambitions of the Russians operating at an individual level as opposed to a Chinese government deployment at the level of social interaction [in turn generating questions: from a strategic perspective, would that allow for a broader education on an individual basis in China with conformity to social norms reinforced in multiple school/labor/group environments, as opposed to Russia which sought to manage conformity immediately at the individual level?].

One particular point MUST be mentioned and addressed in any serious talk of mind control. The objective is to put it in the heads of the guys opposing you, to be used to control and ultimately defeat them. The PROBLEM with putting it in the heads of your own guys is that it can be used to turn them and defeat you. Dave, the CIA source, ultimately suggests the KGB has it in the brains of our guys, but has not put it in the brains of their own guys, for fear it could be used against them. Exactly what that means is not fully clear, but it is certainly a parameter of the situation which must be considered in every instance. We feed into a 'reciprocity concept,' but in fact there is no 'reciprocity' as such [or very minimal reciprocity] involved and that should be taken to hugely diminish the legitimacy of those who led us into the situation.
